CAPE ARTIST'S COUNCIL
The Cape Artist's Council is an organization of local artist's in the Southeast Missouri region. It is an organization of artists, by artists, and for artists designed as a facilitator of interaction and cooperation between creative individuals and groups for the purposes of creating unique art projects and the promotion of the arts in our growing arts community. The CAC seeks to be the voice of the arts in the region and an encouraging supporter of those in the arts who are considered "outside the mainstream" and feel dis-enfrachise by the arts establishment. With community arts development now a major focus as a result of growing activity in the area, we feel that the CAC can, and will, play a vital role as a union of artists seeking to have their voices heard and their input valued as we strive bring the arts to Cape.
